On occasion of Independence Day, tree plantation was carried out on 09th August 2019 at Usarna village of Bakshi Ka Talab block in Lucknow district. It was attended by designated govt officials under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative by Ichicare Foundation.

Details of event :

Ichicare foundation organized tree plantation in UP at Lucknow on the occasion of Independence day. The drive was carried out in the premises of Purva Madhyamic Vidyalaya Usarna.  The objective of the tree plantation is to motivate the school children to have a pollution free environment by planting trees.

On this occasion the District Agricultural Officer, Mr. OP Mishra was  invited to oversee the tree plantation. He was accompanied with Additional DAO Mr Ram Bhajan. The children and teachers who also participated in the event were highly enthused and joined in the tree plantation activity conducted.

The event could not have completed without the support of employees of Ichiban crop Science Limited headed by the UP state In Charge Mr Madan Pal Singh.

Ichicare foundation along with teacher and staff planted about 10-15 trees by Ichiban employees along with the school staff and children under the banner of Ichicare foundation which was to be carried forward by the administration at pre-designated spots to plant the rest of 2000 saplings.
